Ing. Magnus Lincoln Quarshie FGhIE is a Transportation & Traffic Engineer, and the Executive Director of the Centre for Cycling Expertise (CCE). He is a passionate supporter of promoting sustainable Non-Motorized Transport (NMT) in Ghana with a special interest in pedestrianization and the use of non-motorized transport in urban areas.

Ing. Quarshie founded CCE with a mission to promote a better appreciation of cycling and other NMT's as a form of transport that is healthy and environmentally sustainable. His vision was to develop a centre of excellence providing research and expertise aimed at contributing to creating a people-oriented society where cycling and other modes of NMT are integrated into Ghana's transport system
